Shipping And Shipping Costs :

We ship by FEDEX ground, usually within 1 day of receiving your order. Shipping costs are as follows:

$101-$400	$25
Over $400	$50

If the actual shipping costs are much less then charged, we will refund the difference. If you need your shipment faster, please call us, and we can quote you prices for overnight, or 2nd day.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, & AMERICAN EXPRESS, over the phone. You may also select PayPal, for secure online purchases.

Color Selection :

Currently we are not set up for ordering by specific colors, however you can send an email to carol[at]balibaystores.com or call us at 1-800-368-4238, and we will be happy to get you the colors you want. If no colors are specified, we will send you a good selection of all the colors available.

Return Policy :

We do our very best to check all the product that we are sending, and pack it tightly for the shipping process, however stuff happens. Please check your order when you receive it and let us know immediately thru email or phone if anything is damaged or not right. We will either refund, or credit your account, whichever you prefer.
